By submitting a form on the DEVOSO website, you give your consent to personal data processing on the terms set out below. This consent is given in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection.
Who receives the consent
As a data subject, I freely and knowingly consent to DEVOSO LLC (EDRPOU code: [to be added], Kyiv) processing my personal data.
What data is covered
The consent covers the data I enter in the form: my name, job title, company, phone number, email address, the content of my message and any attached files. It also covers technical data transmitted automatically when the form is sent, for example my IP address.
Purposes
- handling my enquiry and getting back to me;
- arranging a consultation and preparing a proposal;
- considering my job application, if I send a CV;
- sending news and event invitations — only if I have separately opted in.
Processing operations
The consent covers collecting, recording, storing, using, updating, anonymising and deleting the data. The data may also be shared with processors that provide DEVOSO LLC with hosting, email and IT support services, strictly within the purposes above.
Duration and withdrawal
The consent remains valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it at any time by emailing office@devoso.info. After that, my data will no longer be processed on the basis of consent.
