We are looking for people who see a legal career as solving real business problems, not just producing documents. At DEVOSO you will work on matters for electricity market participants: litigation, NEURC, the AMCU and tax audits. The partners who run those matters will be working alongside you.
Why build your legal career at DEVOSO
- Sector focus. Energy law is a niche, in-demand field, and experience in it is valued.
- Real matters from day one. You work on client problems, not just admin tasks.
- Mentoring. Every new colleague has a dedicated mentor.
- Clear progression. We regularly discuss your results and next step, from junior associate to counsel and partner.
- Learning. Internal seminars, case reviews and support with English.
- Flexibility. Most work can be done remotely.
What we look for
Knowledge matters, but so does how you think. We value candidates who:
- hold a law degree or are completing one;
- are interested in energy, litigation, tax or competition law;
- write clearly and can explain complex issues simply;
- have English good enough to work with documents;
- take deadlines and confidentiality seriously.
Internships
We run internships for senior law students and recent graduates. Interns work under a mentor, drafting court documents, contracts and research. They also attend internal lectures by partners. The strongest interns are offered a place on the team.
How to apply
Send your CV and a few lines about yourself to office@devoso.info, with “Careers” or “Internship” in the subject line. We review every application and reply to candidates whose experience matches our open roles.
Selection usually involves an introductory call, an interview with a partner and a short practical task. This shows us how you approach a problem and shows you what the work is really like. Current vacancies are listed below.
